Media Careers Canada  collects personally identifiable information from our members and visitors to our website. Personal information collected from our members and visitors may include name, postal address, email address, company name, resumes and telephone numbers. This information is collected if you register as a member (employer/recruiter or jobseeker), if you request information from us as a visitor, participate in a contest or sweepstakes or request some other service or information from us. The information collected is internally reviewed, used to improve our website and notify our users of updates.

Once information is reviewed, it is deleted or stored in our files.  We keep personal information only as long as it is required for the reasons it was collected. The length of time we retain information varies, depending on the product or service and the nature of the information. Personal information received from all members and visitors will be used only for internal purposes and will not be sold or provided to third parties.

Only registered members (employers/recruiters & jobseekers) will be able to view resumes. Therefore, any Personal Information you provide may be disclosed and shared with potential recruiters, employers and other jobseekers. Any contact information provided by recruiters and employers will be made available to jobseekers.
