Founded in 1998 in beautiful Vancouver, BC, lululemon’s products create transformational experiences for people to live happy, healthy, fun lives.

As the Website Experience Specialist you are accountable for driving the near to mid-term ecommerce guest experience and category performance. Work will be highly collaborative, with cross functional partners including merchandising, visual merchandising, digital marketing, creative, technology and analytics. This role requires a passion for all things digital with a comprehensive understanding of the ecommerce marketplace, including macro trends, major relevant players and industry best practices. Focus on ecommerce team is divide by category and campaign, with annual sales ranging from 40M to 200M. For both product and regions, you will build cross functional strategies, furthering lululemon’s overall digital goals and growth objectives.

Core Accountabilities
Develop and execute on guest centric strategies aimed at improving ecommerce experience
Identify areas of business opportunity through guest and assortment analysis
Create custom landing page experiences, focusing on improvements to conversion rate and driving business objectives
Partner with merchandising and planning teams to build out omni assortment plans
Bring data driven approach to decision making process across partners and team
Provide personalized experience through partnership with analytics and crm teams
Responsible for weekly look and feel of category and integration into consistent feel of website
Monitor and report on performance against objectives and changing regional business needs (basically, know your business inside and out)
Amplify regional and local market initiatives across online, offline and omni channel guests
The Finer Print
3-5 years in ecommerce or business ownership style role
Visual or website merchandising experience
Experience with large sku counts or complex and diverse assortments
Strong understanding and comfort with analytics and financial analysis
Ability to lead and influence within a matrix organization
BA in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications would be an asset
