About the Opportunity

As a member of a high performing team the successful candidate must be able to drive the digital engagement and activity on the website and relevant, social media platforms. Execute a social media strategy and listen and monitor to all events. Recommend opportunities/improvements, and be proactive towards contributing to the business unit’s results.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Drive the digital engagement and activity on the website and other social platforms.

·         Execute the social media strategy.

·         Prioritize and manage digital projects in an extremely fast-paced environment.

·         Manage and maintain the production of regular streams of fresh, customer appealing content. Plan and integrate the production across the channels as required.

·         Research write, edit, thrill and publish material on the company’s blog, newsletters and social channels that engages, entertains and promotes our brand image and supports business goals.

·         Monitor and report on all aspects of the website and social media metrics. Provide feedback on marketing opportunities.

·         Produce an environment that customers appreciate, and interact with.

About You

·         2 – 5 years of experience managing multiple digital channels, online marketing , blogs, online ads, webcasts and social media.

·         Education in communications, multi-media, marketing or arts.

·         Knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMO and PPC processes.

·         Online analytics suite experience.

·         Well developed ability to evaluate situations, react swiftly and be able to make sound judgements.

·         Able to anticipate and forecast change within the world of social media.
