Department Overview

TD Securities (TDS) is the wholesale banking arm of TD Bank Group. TDS provides a wide range of capital market products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients in key business areas including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, and Equities.

Our team, Marketing, Branding, and Creative Services, provides sales and marketing support across the dealer while ensuring brand compliance. We also provide our Investment Banking business with dedicated desktop publishing and creative services support.

Job Description We are seeking a highly talented creative who is able to work well under pressure in a corporate environment and deliver stunning motion graphics that leverage the TD brand.

You are passionate about visual storytelling and have the ability to take complex issues and present them in an easy to understand format. You possess the technical expertise to deliver best-in-class animation, infographics and data visualization for internal and client-facing videos.

This position requires a candidate with strong problem solving, technical and critical thinking skills who is able to work in a fast-paced corporate environment. A candidate with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects is vital to be successful in this position.

You will be collaborating with a team of marketing & creative professionals providing global business support to corporate and regional offices.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced motion graphic support including illustration, animation, infographics and data visualization for internal/external projects while adhering to TD brand standards
Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas into simple easy to comprehend motion graphics
Work closely with creative team and business partners to produce high quality visual solutions
Ability to assist with video shoots (lighting, camera, and sound)
Comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization, including senior-level executives
Continuously enhance knowledge and keep current with emerging strategies, capabilities and/or trends for multimedia solutions
Create and edit motion graphic templates to be leveraged by multimedia team
Identifying and developing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and workflow efficiencies

Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years experience in motion graphic production
Expert knowledge in Adobe CC: After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and organization skills
Video production experience is an asset (lighting, camera, sound)
Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition and experience with storyboarding
Experience in corporate branding adherence, development, and execution
Collaborative team player, positive attitude, and comfortable working in a corporate environment
Self-driven with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to proactively resolve problems and manage conflict/negotiate positively
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work under tight timelines
Adaptable, working well in fast-paced corporate environment
