We orchestrate media strategy on behalf of our customers from our three interconnected offices in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.
Media Experts is actively seeking a Media Planner in its Vancouver office located in the downtown area.
Responsibilities
The Media Planner assists the Account Director in the preparation, development and execution of strategic media recommendations for our customers. Collaborating closely with our Account Teams and communication agency partners, the Media Planner works directly with Media Experts’ customers to understand their business objectives and develop successful media strategies and results-generating campaigns.
Profile
The successful candidate has a minimum of three years’ experience in media planning/buying. They are both creative and analytical individuals adept at working independently yet possess strong collaborative skills and work well within a team dynamic. They are extremely detail-oriented, have a strong aptitude for multi-tasking and thrive under pressure.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills are essential requirements in the Media Planner role.
Minimum Requirements
As a minimum requirement for this position, the successful candidate has a post-secondary Diploma or Degree, extensive knowledge of both traditional and emerging media channels and an excellent command of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint operating systems. Experience with IMS PMB & NADbank, AC Nielsen, BBM RTS, OOH R/F models is also essential.
